About Me
Karen Jackie has been working in the web space for almost a decade, beginning as manager and chief architect of Timex Corporation's first e-commerce web site timex.com (launched in 1997).
An award-winning project director and account manager for two Connecticut-based web companies, I provide effective content architecture, copywriting, site production, and marketing for web sites and blogs. I also write copy for collateral including brochures, newsletters, and postcard campaigns.
My latest passion is blog writing and development and I have been working on creating ContentRobot, a startup company that helps corporations to develop blogs that connect them with their customers in a new way.

KJ has extensive experience (over 10 years) with web sites, portals, e-commerce, and blogs in a variety of industries. Some of my favorite projects include:
Amenta/Emma Architects – This award-winning flash-based site always had alot of backend goodies that allowed this firm to update their own projects complete with multiple photos.
Bazaarvoice – We redesigned this blog, added functionality, and trained authors how to blog.
Better Bedding – This site was recognized by the Better Business Bureau for the most consumer friendly web site of 2004. Also, a great exercise in user-focused content architecture.
